Alina Sapoznikova (MEd DPSI MCIL) moved to London from Lithuania about a decade ago, before studying Theology (BA) and Methodology of Teaching Ethics (MEd). Alina  also did some fine art courses. Now Alina works as a freelance legal interpreter who is always looking for a moment of beauty and eternity chase.

Alina likes going with friends and on her own, in the moments of verbal tiredness, to wonder around the facts of memorable pasts and always renewing creativity of colour, shape and sound.  So to speak,  Alina likes visiting museums, galleries, fairs that brake her out of the daily routine circle and inspire her into the next day and give her a fresh idea or two.

Theatres and concerts are on the list as well alongside the flowers in parks and meadows.  Alina is now doing a short course on how to make a poem with www.Futurelearn.com and is  very eager to share some of her poems and read yours. P.S. If you organize something arty, crafty or ear catching or you want to join us, let us know!

Free & Fit Partner and Share the Miracle US Campaign Collaboration Project

ShareTheMiracle help individuals and organisations transform their communities through acts of kindness. We provide simple ways for people to connect, start conversations, build relationships and strengthen their communities. Anyone can get involved.

At Easter our ‘ShareTheMiracle Stations’ provide a reason for the local community to come together in support of the poor and marginalised. During the past 7 years, Schools, Businesses, Churches, Councils, Gyms and others have got involved and established stronger links with their communities as a result. Hundreds of volunteers have reached out to thousands of people including neighbours, colleagues, those unwell in hospital, the elderly, disadvantaged young people, victims of human trafficking, those with lived experience of mental ill health and more.

We are delighted to welcome Free & Fit  as they help fly the ShareTheMiracle flag in the USA

Navid Merghan joined Free and Fit (formerly known Faith and Fitness) in the summer of 2013. Nav organises Free and Fit London Sports Events monthly, where we explore freedom and its aspect in a cosmopolitan city such as London and how Bible guides us to reach it.

Our sport events are flexible and comprise of Running, Table Tennis, Squash, Badminton and Tennis.

With the help of the Free and Fit administrators, Nav coordinates, organises and aims to ensure the events are run professionally and safely.

Together we can expand this welcoming community, which benefits from the interconnection, support and liaison to reach freedom, tackling the hectic life in the city.
