Launch of Free & Fit Online Accessible Free Resources

The Free & Fit course is equipped to serve churches to improve spiritual, physical, mental and emotional well being via both evangelistic and discipleship streams for adults or youth members of all abilities. Whether you are serving a large group of professional sports athletes or a one to one individual the course will focus on health, social and spiritual fitness. The weekend is avaialable for friends for fellowship, but also for church for leaders who are wanting to use the resources in their own local community.
