The Free & Fit course
The Free & Fit course is equipped to serve all people to improve spiritual, physical, mental and emotional well being. The course is for adults or young adults of all abilities. Whether you are serving a large group of professional sports athletes or a one to one individual the course will focus on health, mental, social and spiritual fitness.
The course is flexible and can be adapted to different lengths and timings dependent upon your availability, but we recommend weekly routine meetings to build familiarity and relationships between all participants. The course is unique in that it available to be self lead or facilitated in a group to remove complications of trained leaders or qualified coaches being required. The courses resources enable you to teach yourself and others how to find freedom. We feel that this is the best way to lead; for all to be involved in building friendship and leadership in group or individual activities.
The Free and Fit course has been created to build strong social skills, develop healthy physical bodies and instil a well balanced and sound mind. Participants who complete the full course will learn how to work effectively with others and develop a discipline of power, love, and self control.
This monthly resource will help you to find freedom through exercise, discussion and reflection. The course is catered for all ages and genders of society with a group and individual format available. Please have a look at the resources planned for 2017 below:
