Free & Fit NYC launches Sports Alpha

This week saw the beginning of Sports Alpha as Free & Fit New York City launched a partnership with local Chelsea church Trinity Grace Chelsea. In true community Free & Fit NYC partnered with the local Chelsea cinema Cinepolis where six of our members attended a work out session led by Tim Cheux. After the workout our members walked one block to the local Lutheran church where dinner and discussion was served.

Next week we visit the local Hotel the Chelsea Gem Hotel where we have access to changing rooms, the fitness suite and private discussion area. Free Circuit Session and Free Dinner on Monday 10/23 - 6:30-9:30pm. We are meeting at The Gem Hotel - Chelsea, 300 W 22nd St, New York, NY 10011 for Sport 6:30-7:00 followed by discussion and dinner at 7:15-9:00pm at German Lutheran Church of St. Paul, 315 W 22nd St, New York, NY 10011.
