Free & Fit - Freedom from Covid 19 – Through Planks, Pictures, Poems, Psalms and Prayers of 2 Chronicles 7:14 - Part 2
Within this scripture there are five parts for which throughout this week I am going to be developing into a practical curriculum which will include the following key points. Each study will have a Picture, a Poem, a Psalm, a Prayer, and a part of this scripture, from 2 Chronicles 7:14.
Part One “If my people who are called by my name humble themselves,” Part Two “and pray and seek my face,” Part Three “and turn from their wicked ways, ”Part Four “then I will hear from heaven’ and Part Five “and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
The author would like to allow all of our Spiritual senses to be ministered to through the reading of the word of God (hearing), Picturing the word of God (seeing), imagining through reading Poetry the feeling (touch) or emotions (taste) how the word of God informs them and finally through reading the Psalms how the word (smells) moves them to Pray.

Seeking God First
When in the morning,
when God you first seek
ask Him to make you strong
in the places you are weak.
Ask Him to reveal to you,
what is His perfect will
ask Him to give you calm
in the areas you are not still.
Ask Him to shine His light,
on the righteous way
ask Him to be your eyes
before you start your day.
Ask Him to fill your heart,
with His mercy and His love
ask Him to be your ears
so to hear His voice above.
When in the evening,
when to God you start to pray
ask Him to remind you . . .
to seek Him first, the next day!
Psalm 5:3 ” My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.”

Psalm 63
1 O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you;
my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you,
as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.
2 So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary,
beholding your power and glory.
3 Because your steadfast love is better than life,
my lips will praise you.
4 So I will bless you if I live;
in your name I will lift my hands.
5 My soul will be satisfied as with fat and rich food,
and my mouth will praise you with joyful lips,
6 when I remember you upon my bed,
and meditate on you in the watches of the night;
7 for you have been my help,
and in the shadow of your wings I will sing for joy.
8 My soul clings to you;
your right hand upholds me.
9 But those who seek to destroy my life
shall go down into the depths of the earth;
10 they shall be given over to the power of the sword;
they shall be a portion for jackals.
11 But the king shall rejoice in God.
all who swear by him shall exult,
for the mouths of liars will be stopped.
Prayer on Seeking God: Prayer to Seek God Continually
O Lord my God, I believe in you, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit... Insofar as I can, as far as you have given me the power, I have sought you. I became weary and I labored. O Lord my God, my sole hope, help me to believe and never to cease seeking you. Grant that I may always and ardently Seek out your countenance. Give me the strength to seek you, for your help me to find you and you have more and more given me the hope of finding you. Here I am before you with my firmness and my infirmity. Preserve the first and heal the second. Here I am before you with my strength and my ignorance. Where you have opened the door to me, Welcome me at the entrance; Where you have closed the door to me, Open to my cry; Enable me to remember you, To understand you, And to love you.
